Hi girls, Just a quickie. DD is almost 11 months now (and a total lumpaphobe!!). She's been introduced to plenty of vegies, fish, meat, eggs ect and when Ive given her fish Ive used fresh fillets from our local fish shop. Im just wondering if its ok to give her something like canned tuna (in springwater) in her vegies and rice, and if so does it need to be cooked or just smooshed through her veg and heated? Silly question I know but I dont want to potentially cause any problems. Thanks in advance :)
